Return Policy

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. In the event that you would like to return the item, you may do so and request for a refund or a replacement within 14 days from purchase, as long as the product is unopened, unworn and unused. The item/s need to be returned with all accessories, batteries and any free gifts which would have been given to you with the purchase.
We ask you to inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Should your order contain goods which are either faulty or not what you had ordered, you are to inform BedroomNeedsForUs as soon as possible and immediately return it the goods in their original package.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be satisfied with every item which you may purchase from BedroomNeedsForUs and therefore Returns are handled without any issues as long as the requirements within this policy are met. Any customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must do so within 14 days of receipt of the package, and communicate with the BedroomNeedsForUs team via email orders@bedroomneedsforus.com. It is very important to include the reason for returning the item. This will also help us understand what we can do better.
Below is a list of Items which are not included within the returns policy and therefore cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
1. Items sold on special offer
2. Items on clearance sale
3. Items which have been worn
4. Items not in their original package
5. Seals broken
6. Items which have been damaged

If your return request meets the policy requirements, you may return the goods, as detailed above and as sold in their original package. Return must be made strictly within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping and are strictly restricted to the actual price of the item/s purchased.
Items not in their original packaging, damaged, used or opened from their original packaging or seals broken would result in us not being able to accept the returned product and therefore we would not be able to refund your money.
Shipping costs for Items which are not faulty will not be refunded. Upon receipt all items will be checked by us and we will only issue a full refund if the product is received back by us and found to be faulty.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament requires that your money is to be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
We understand that there might be changes to the amount being refunded due to currency exchanges and/or third-party fees. Should this be the case, we shall not be responsible for any discrepancies caused by such rates or fees.
Refunds can be claimed by using our customer support available channels and will be evaluated acccordingly.

HOW TO RETURN

If you are not satisfied with any product you received, contact us to request a refund or a replacement. We shall then provide you with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders – without it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return, and always wrap the package securely before sending back any item. In the case of a defective product, please provide us with pictures of the defective product when you first contact us, and a full description of the fault and return the defective product in its original box (if any), with all package inserts or any other documents received in the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to contact our Customer Service team you can email us at orders@bedroomneedsforus.com. Please note that this department does not work weekends or public holidays, but you may still email us at the address above and your email will be seen to on the next working day.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
